During October of 1998, I went on short field trip with about 45 other BSU students to the Baptist Student Convention held in Toccoa, Georgia. This is one of the best places that I have seen here in this state for a long time. It was my first time going up there. The scenery was really beautiful. We had a lot of fun up there.
Here is our first stop -- The Griffin Hotel. The site here at this assemble was pretty impressive. This was my first time going up here. The rooms here and the surrounding were really neat. We had over 1,000 students from across the state to visit this place. This was a great time to meet several new friends as well.

These are some of the thousands of other students that were gathered here during this special convention. With all of these people here, it was pretty easy to meet some friends here. Besides the convention here in Toccoa, we had a chance to tour the Toccoa Falls here.
